I am author of the award-winning book Serving God Together: Reclaiming God's Vision for Women in Leadership. I enjoy thinking deeply about biblical and theological issues. I am a devoted Christian, husband, and father of three adult children. I have served in a variety of lay ministry contexts including as a teacher and curriculum writer for adults, young adults, youth and children, and as an elder on church boards—both complementarian and egalitarian. A development professional in not-for-profit and academic settings for over 25 years, I hold an MBA and an honors BA, and am pursuing a Master of Theological Studies degree at Wycliffe College at the University of Toronto.
